Super Bowl

Bringing an end to a season that starts the summer before, the NFL Super Bowl is the championship game of the National Football League. Widely recognized as a de-facto American Holiday, rivaling Thanksgiving for food consumption, and the most watched television broadcast each year, you could say the Super Bowl is kind of a bid deal.

This year’s Super Bowl is scheduled to take place on February 3th at the U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis Minnesota. The stadium typically seats 66,200 but can be expanded to fit 70,000 people. This will be the first Super Bowl in Minnesota since Super Bowl XXVI in 1992.

Another a major draw to the event, the Pepsi Super Bowl Halftime Show will be headlined by Maroon 5. Past performers include Justin Timberlake Coldplay, Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Bruno Mars, Madonna, Prince, The Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, and many more.
