Section 3 - Documentation

As proof of your identity, please submit a full, eligible, current and valid copy of one of the following documents:

  1. Passport ID Page
  2. National Identify Card, OR
  3. Driver License

As proof of your address, please submit a full, eligible and translated (if required) copy of one of the following documents:

  1. Recent Utility Bill issued within the last three (3) months, other than credit card statements or mobile phone bill
  2. Recent Bank Statements issued within the last three (3) months, OR
  3. Driver License Address Information (only if not used as proof of identify)

As proof of your wealth and the funds posted into your e-wallet account, please submit at least one copy of the following documents:

  1. Certified Pay Stubs / Pay Slips or Letter from Employer confirming salary
  2. Last three (3) Bank Statements
  3. Tax Returns / Tax Declaration
  4. Letter signed by certified lawyer or accountant detailing the origin of your funds, AND/OR
  5. Contracts detailing the sale of assets, stocks or other investments (only if it is your sole source of wealth)
